we have 3 room Apartement . there are a balcony . I like to rent out the apartement to a guy .the apartement has furnitures (bed, writing tesk, 2drawer to put cloth). There is bathroomswith separate toalett. kitchen, normally 4 to 5 min walk to Trainstation. 14 min trains red line to t central. you can be working or whatever. as long you pay the rent its fine.
